Ipirotissa Delicatessen

Located near the Athens coastline, Ipirotissa operates as a delicatessen offering an exclusive food marketplace. The project updates a successful family‑run store. It respects the quality and character of its products. The new design introduces a contemporary sensibility aligned with the brand’s identity.

The redesign responds to the store’s growing needs. It also improves spatial flow. The layout enhances the customer experience through clear organization. A continuous circulation path guides visitors from entry to exit. The program includes a traditional bakery and a freshly cooked food corner. It also features a pastry shop, fresh produce, and a cheese department. A fruit and sushi bar sits alongside a curated supermarket.

Each area introduces distinct architectural elements. These features clearly define individual retail zones. The circulation maximizes product visibility throughout the store. At the same time, it eliminates under‑displayed areas. As a result, the design elevates the overall grocery experience.
